We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (QS/CM), who will deliver and support the delivery of high-quality quantity surveying / cost management services to both internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will contribute to PCM's overall service delivery as part of both single discipline (i.e. quantity surveying / cost management) and multi-disciplinary commissions with a raft of public and private sector clients. This expertise will include estimating, cost planning, cost benchmarking / development, value engineering, valuations and contract administration. You will enhance our overall quantity surveying / cost management capability and service delivery through your personal development through CPD and contribution to our process of continuous improvement.


What do we need from you?

You will ideally have a degree in quantity surveying, accredited by RICS, and a clear body of experience in the delivery of quantity surveying / cost management services across at least 8 complex projects, covering both new build and refurbishment, each with a capital value of at least £3m for at least half the project lifecycle. This experience can include the role of Assistant QS/CM, but must also include that of lead QS/CM for at least three projects, of which at least two had a capital value of over £5m.
