Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lincoln

Business area: Utilities- Anglian Water

Contract: 8:00am to 5:30pm Full-time.

We are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Utilities- Anglian water team in Lincoln to be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects..

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the control of costs, maximising value and minimising future liabilities
    * Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial management for an allocated programme area
    * Assist in improving cost efficiency and creating an environment of out-performance
    * Adopt and consistently employing the agreed commercial management systems and processes
    * Identifying and delivering commercial process efficiencies.

What do we need from you?

  • Commercially focused, degree qualified (ideally chartered) individual with surveying experience ideally within the Utilities industry.
    * Experience of NEC3 framework
    * Good understanding of Alliance Contract delivery
