Location: Liverpool
Business Area: Kier Construction - Build Northern & Scotland
Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - (we can also consider part time, please state in your application)

Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the commercial resources of the assigned project and provide commercial expertise to contracts including valuation submissions, budgets, subcontract management, change control and workstream performance data. You'll also assess and mitigate against the commercial and contractual risks and implement our Kier Group policies for risk management. You'll be tasked with maximising cash flow through the relevant controls and valuation of work.
What do we need from you?
Ideally you will have experience from a similar role and in a similar background. You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
