Hybrid working - Project-based, Surrey with 1-2 days remote working possible

This is a great opportunity to join our highly experienced commercial function as part of the team delivering a £400M project in the Surrey area.
What is the role?
- Complete Quantity Surveyor duties as part of the project commercial team.
- Providing support and assistance to senior Commercial personnel with pricing of variations, interim valuations and valuing sub-contractors' accounts.
What do we look for?
- Ideally you will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a closely related subject, and MRICS or working towards it with 4 years+ quantity surveying experience with a main contractor or Tier 1 subcontractor.
- Skills in negotiation and dispute resolution; cash management and optimisation; change management; project financial reporting and data management.
