We're looking for a Quantity Suveyor to join our Build team based in London. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to large scale projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location: London, England - able to consider agile working

Contract: Full time, permanent (Monday to Friday) - able to consider part time working

Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be supporting the project team in all commercial matters, liaising with site teams, taking the lead with contract administration.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring the timely submission of valuations and making sure cash flow is maximised

  • Assisting with internal valuations/VCR/End Life Forecasts

  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly valuation reports alongside organising the procurement and management of subcontract packages


Who are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

  • You are either qualified or working towards your HND/HNC/similar in Quantity Surveying

  • You have previous workplace experience in a commercially focused environment
