Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance & Package

Are you an experienced sub contractors quantity surveyor?
Would you enjoy working for one of the UK's leading specialist contractors?
Due to a large order book and continuous growth, we are excited to bring you this fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK leading specialists in their field.
You will be working for a well-established timber structures contractor who work with tier one principal contractors, nationwide. Spreading your time across working from home and offices in West Midlands, you will be joining a successful commercial department to proactively coordinate the commercial and contractual risk of assigned projects.
We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who:
- Have a background in the construction industry working for a sub contractor
- Are comfortable with end to end commercial management from initial contract award through to final account
- Can work on your own initiative and work well within a team
- Has a keen eye for detail and can deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Experience in both JCT & NEC forms of contracts
