Responsibilities??
As a Quantity Surveyor,?you will be working within the?Construction team, supporting them in managing?the commercial resources of projects?to maximise cashflow and margin.
Your day to day will include:
· Assessing, reviewing and mitigating?commercial and contractual risks while implementing Kier Groups policies for risk management
· Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
· Managing sub-contractors including sending out enquiries, collating prices, comparing with tender, negotiation, order placement, agreement of account and payment
Who are we looking for?
Working on projects ranging from £30m to £100m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.
This role of Quantity Surveyor?is great for you if:
· You?have experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle
· You are experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract
