Calling all Quantity Surveyors in London and surrounding areas, we need you!! An expanding consultancy firm is looking for their next hard working, motivated and diligent Quantity Surveyor. You could join a very friendly and close-knit team. You will always be working with a Board of Director, and you won't just be a "number". This incredible firm is looking for their next Quantity Surveyor to join them on a range of projects within the commercial buildings sector including offices, laboratories, and warehouses. This firm operates on a flexible working policy where employees can work on a hybrid basis 2 to 3 times a week.

Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
  • RICS accredited degree in a relevant construction or property discipline
  • Chartered with the RICS.
  • Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Cat A/Cat B. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skill
  • Numeracy skills
  • Report writing
  • Presentation skills
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration
  • Valuations
  • Cost Management
