My client, a leading property developer across the Midlands and South of England, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of residential construction projects.


Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:


- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct risk analysis evaluations
- Manage project finances, including tracking costs and value engineering
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
- Monitor project progress to ensure financial targets are met

Quantity Surveyor requirements:


- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
