JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor

SALARY BAND: £60,000 - £70,000 +
LOCATION: Bridgwater
Are you a Quantity Surveyor in the civils & groundworks industry? Do you live within a commutable distance of Bridgwater and want to be part of one of the largest construction projects in the country? If so, our client, an award winning civil engineering contractor has a role for you.
Our client is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering drainage, services, attenuation ponds, reduce level digs, cut and fills, concrete foundations, and slabbing on a multi billion pound industrial new build project just outside of Bridgwater.
There is 2 years of work secured on this project and upon successful delivery there is expectation for more works to be awarded.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in heavy civils and groundworks
- Competency in SMM7 & NRM
- Experience using NEC3 & NEC4
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent related qualification)
- CSCS
Details:
- Permanent/employed position with all of the usual benefits.
- Site based, 4 days per week minimum - must be able to commute to Bridgwater
- Flexibility for 1 day WFH depending on demands of the project
- Salary is 60k to 70k per annum however for the right candidate this is negotiable
