You're a Quantity Surveyor. You know the job. Cost plans, contracts, reports, clients. You've probably seen a dozen roles offering "great projects" and "career development." But this one's different - here's why:

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Handling pre- and post-contract duties (nothing gets handed off)

  • Leading on cost plans, tender docs, and client reporting
  • Taking the reins on smaller jobs, and stepping up on bigger ones
  • Dealing directly with clients - not buried in spreadsheets all day
  • Moving toward MRICS? They'll support you, properly.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
  • Know your way around JCT contracts
  • Can speak with clients like a pro and present with confidence
  • You take ownership - you don't need chasing
  • MRICS or on the way there? Perfect.
