Quantity Surveyor - High-End Office Fit-Out

Our client is a leading fit-out contractor specialising in premium office spaces, known for delivering standout workspaces that combine functionality with design excellence. With an expanding portfolio across Bristol and the South West, they're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for the commercial management of high-spec fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with clients, designers, and the delivery team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare tender documents and contract variations
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Carry out valuations, measurements, and cost forecasting
- Ensure compliance with contracts and industry standards
- Support with value engineering and risk management
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background in fit-out, interiors, or commercial construction (essential)
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Based in or near Bristol (or willing to travel as required)
