Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Package

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for real variety, career progression, and a team that actually enjoys what they do?

We're working with a respected, growing construction consultancy in London that's looking for a confident and capable **Quantity Surveyor** to join their commercial team. You'll be working across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments - from pre-contract through to final account.

The Role:

You'll be supporting clients from day one - cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract admin, reporting and more. There's scope here to take ownership of projects, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and play a visible role in a team where your voice counts.

What They're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Ideally working towards MRICS (or already chartered)
  • Strong commercial awareness and confident client-facing communication
