Location: Derbyshire, Midlands (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities for a Quantity Surveyor:
Manage the commercial lifecycle of regional civils and infrastructure projects
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Produce CVRs and manage project cashflows
Assess and process subcontractor payments and variations
Support procurement, contract administration, and tender reviews
Work closely with operational teams to monitor progress and cost performance
Handle early warnings, variations, and compensation events under NEC
What We're Looking For in a Quantity Surveyor:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HND/HNC considered)
Around 3-4 years' experience in a civils, surfacing, or infrastructure setting
Confident in NEC contract administration and commercial reporting
Comfortable working across multiple projects and liaising with site teams
Full UK Driving Licence
