Their work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, with a particular focus on HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a company that offers comprehensive training, progression to Senior roles and the chance to work on impactful, rewarding projects.

Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

  • Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
  • Oversee commercial management duties
  • Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
  • Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirements

The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

  • 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying within construction
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / commercial management / construction management
  • Valid UK driving licence
