Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cork
Salary: Excellent Salary & Package on offer
Our Client is a building contractor based in Cork is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work across all projects with the site teams.
Duties will include:
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors and materials
- Cost monitoring and reporting of materials and projects
The Person:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or have good knowledge of a similar role
- 5plus years' experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancy
- Excellent reporting skills
- Strong
- Strong team player
