Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
  • Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works in progress.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, including JCT and Design & Build (D&B) contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract variations.
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control during construction.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
  • Manage procurement processes and ensure value for money.
  • Provide post-construction cost analysis and final accounts.

    • Requirements:

    • Proven experience with JCT and D&B contracts.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
