I am working with a leading construction company based in Gateshead who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Surveyor needed to join their team in the North East.

The role is required to primarily look after Small Works and Framework Contracts.
The typical value of works range from £10k-£1m.

The candidate will be expected to be involved in all aspects of a job from estimating through to final account. Subcontract Management and Risk Mitigation would be two key strengths.

Main Contractor/Sub Contractor experience would be preferred, although not essential.

Starting salary from £45,000+ (plus company car/car allowance and other benefits).
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and added value.
