We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor from an infrastructure background for a highly successful, specialist Construction Consultancy in Nottingham
Our client boasts a highly experienced team who work on a range of primarily development led infrastructure schemes. This firm specialises in large scale developments and have significant experience in infrastructure, residential and commercial developments working with the landowners or developments at the initial stages of site development as well as on site delivery post contract. They have a strong client base with an order book stretching ahead by some way.
They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them. Their service offering spans the full breadth of project delivery from the initial stages of inception, viability and feasibility all the way through to final accounts. Many of their projects are large and technically challenging and also include some buildings work and major highways, so real variety on offer!
The successful candidate might be either from a Consultancy or a Contracting background. You must have a relevant Construction related qualification at degree level or equivalent, and we are also looking for at least 3-4 years industry experience. Even more importantly, as there are huge prospects and career development available, we are keen to appoint someone whose industry experience is coupled with real enthusiasm for the job.
