PQS / Employers Agent role with a forward thinking, growing team of construction consultants based in Birmingham city centre.
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor at either Project or Senior level for this dynamic and exciting new firm. The experience already within this team allows them to offer the capability of a larger organisation. This, combined with the more personal and relationship orientated approach of a smaller independently owned consultancy makes for a strong offer to clients. Their service offering includes Cost Management, Development Management, Contract Administration and Project Monitoring.
The successful candidate will already have experience of independently running projects from inception to completion. We would anticipate experience from a PQS / Consultancy / Client side Quantity Surveying environment with experience in producing cost plans and the employers agent role of particular interest. If you haven't already gaining your MRICS this is something they would be well placed to support.
Projects are very varied and currently include a good amount of residential including schemes for private developers as well as extra care, as well as a good variety of other sectors.
