Position: Quantity Surveyor Estimator
Location: Wexford
Salary: Neg DOE
Super opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join a Construction Team working on a Diverse Portfolio of building projects.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes but not limited to:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 2 Years + experience in QS/Estimating
- Knowledge of the main contracting process
- Excellent attention to Detail
- Good Presentation Skills
- Strong written Communication Skills
- Ability to read and Interpret CAD Drawings
- Procurement
- Preparing Tender Documents
- Analysing Tender Returns
- Sub-Contractor Accounts
- Sub-Contractor Payments
- Supplier Enquiries
- Career focused and eager to progress
