Job Title: Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

Location: Bristol or Cornwall
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

With over 15 years in the UK Market, this highly experienced team have strong interests across municipal wastewater, floodwater, infrastructure and sewerage projects. With a choice of working locations between Bristol and Cornwall you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial viability of projects.

The Role:

  • Prepare and analyse sub-contractor enquiries to achieve value for money
  • Attend sites to carry out investigations and surveys
  • Complete materials take offs and submit bills of quantities
  • Contract administration to ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Monitor site progress and cost expenditure
  • Prepare and submit claims to clients as and when required
  • Travel to sites as required

The Package:

  • Salary of £35,000 - £45,000
