Elk Recruitment are seeking an experienced a Quantity Surveyor with Fit Out Experience to Join an Elite team of Fit Out Experts.
Working with some of the world's leading companies on innovative projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Dublin. One of the industry leaders in the Irish market, this company has worked on prestigious projects for iconic brands. They deliver high-quality results and specialise in commercial interiors, Retail refurbishments and Residential new-build projects.

Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics or similar
- 5 years' experience to include fit-out projects
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
Experience in at least one of the following sectors.
- Commercial Office & Commercial Workplace Solutions
- Retail High Street & Mall Environments
- Hospitality Restaurants, Bars & Hotels
- Residential Developer Led & Bespoke
