Our client, is a major construction business focusing on projects in Lincolnshire, the Humber and Yorkshire, working on affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health with a value between £500k and £15million. They are currently seeking to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors core staff.
They have an excellent reputation, full order book and ongoing projects in East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and employ the very best staff for their business. Experienced Quantity Surveyors are welcome from all these areas with a view to being based in Lincoln, North Lincolnshire, East Yorkshire and the North Yorkshire areas.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be fully responsible for the commercial and financial management of New Build projects and essentially have experience in a similar role and have a proven ability to provide effective financial and contractual control. You must be a team player, an excellent communicator, methodical and conscientious. Computer literacy and a valid full driving license are also essential. Ability or previous experience in coaching trainees would be preferred.
In order to be considered for this position you must also have have:
* CSCS
*Relevant degree or equivalent
* Full Driving License
*Checkable Work References
