Breedon Southern Limited require a Quarry Foreman for our site at Earls Barton.
You will be a part of a small team of 3 people. This is a hands-on role with day to day duties mainly including operating the wheeled loading shovel and carrying out general site duties in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner. You will be required to cover for the site manager when they are away.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this position offers a challenging opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic individual with a "go getting" mentality who wants to join a very personal and progressive company. You need to be comfortable with a hands-on-role have experience of driving a loading shovel. You will need to be proactive and assist in driving forward our health and safety culture as well as being focussed on the needs of our customers.
This is an 81(d) appointment. A formal qualification such as QCF 4 would be an advantage but not essential. Must have an operating licence.
