£35,000 - £50,000 per annum
A national consultancy currently has a requirement for 3 Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers to work on a major rail framework based in the Swindon/Reading area.
The roles will be client-facing on a long-term project set to start later this summer; you will either be delivering the full range of post-contract services or working as part of the audit team. Reporting into an experienced Commercial Manager, you will have an established support network in place with genuine opportunities to progress in the future as our client continues to establish their presence in the South West.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Circa 2-5 years surveying/cost engineering experience with a minimum of one year spent in a rail environment.
- Relevant surveying/engineering degree would be an advantage but not essential.
- Personable individual, capable of working in a client-facing role.
- A desire to build a career in a consultancy environment.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
