You will be working for one of the UK largest Social Housing providers. given a great opportunity to enhance your career and CV.
Job Role
You will be working as a reactive Fencer on the temporary 3 month contract.
You will be required to fit concrete posts, gravel boards and fencing panels, also you will be required to set wooden posts where necessary. You may also be asked to make gates on occasion.
You will receive, plan and complete job orders on time and to quality. You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industrial standards, minimising damage to the fabric of the property.
You will undertake essential reinstatement work as necessary in order to ensure premises are left in a secure, safe and weather tight state.
You will ensure that all relevant documentation is processed and systems are completed in a timely manner.
Person
You will be a full qualified Fencer at NVQ 2 or equivalent (Time Served).
You will have asbestos awareness certificate, Manual Handling and Working at Heights (can be obtained online for a minimal cost) and be the holder of an appropriate CSCS card.
You will also have experience of working with a Local Authority environment and within Social Housing.
