Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to £45k + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Reactive Works Supervisor, you'll be working within our Highways team to provide first level supervision of both internal and external operations, oversee the day-to-day functions of the routine maintenance and small works schemes and ensure a high level of services is maintained throughout.
Your day to day will include:
· Assist the Operations Manager in the programming, management and delivery of routine and severe weather services
· Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources to ensure compliance with program and the maintenance requirement plan
· Assist in emergency response and organize remedial repairs
· Undertake and maintain records of site inductions/briefings/Toolbox talks
· Ensure that adequate staffing levels are continually maintained
Who are we looking for?
This role of Reactive Works Supervisor is great for you if you can:
· Experience of working within the highways industry including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery
· SSSTS or higher
· Computer literate with regards to Microsoft programmes
