Kier Specialist Services - Facilities Management is one of the UK's leading facilities management companies, our specialist and dedicated teams provide total facilities management (FM) solutions to both public and private sector clients.
These solutions include hard FM to help clients manage and maintain their workplaces including compliance, fabric, mechanical and electrical services. We also provide a full range of soft FM services such as front of house, cleaning, catering and security
We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist for an FM contract we hold with Kent County Council. In this role you will be responsible for providing a professional receptionist service to our client.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing a professional receptionist, telephonist and help desk service whilst ensuring targets are achieved
- Take incoming telephone calls/messages
- Communicating with visitors, management and colleagues
- Administration duties including sorting of incoming mail, booking meeting rooms and ordering stationery supplies
- Previous reception experience and proficient with Microsoft packages
- Strong customer-service skills with the ability to work in a friendly and confident manner
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
