Location: Loughton - Job share 25 hours - PM
Kier Construction London is looking to recruit a Receptionist. The successful post-holder will be responsible for provide a professional receptionist, telephonist and help desk service at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Purpose of this role is to provide a professional receptionist, telephonist and help desk service whilst ensuring targets are achieved
  • Take incoming telephone calls/messages
  • Communicate with visitors, management and colleagues
  • Administration duties will include sorting incoming mail, booking meeting rooms and ordering stationery supplies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have previous reception experience
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
  • Possesses strong customer-service skills at all levels - ability to work in a friendly and confident manner
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
