Location: Hybrid - remote working, with occasional travel to the Rushden office

Salary: £18,525 per annum plus excellent benefits
About The Role
As part of the corporate HR function, the Kier Resourcing Team are responsible for helping the business find suitable and talented people to fill their vacancies.
With support from the team, this role will allow you to develop a broad range of skills to prepare you for a future in Recruitment.
As part of this role, you will be able to work towards a recognised Advanced Business Administration (level 3) apprenticeship. This is delivered through one of our selected training providers who will support you through your formal programme alongside the Kier Recruitment Team.
In addition to the formal training programme you will receive hands on experience, including mentoring and coaching from experienced members of the team.
This apprenticeship role is a permanent position with the opportunity to progress following successful completion of the programme.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Management of the recruitment system; raising vacancies, advertising positions, filtering CVs and creating offers
- Scheduling interviews and sending out email confirmation
- First point of contact for recruitment related enquiries
- Maintenance of team email inboxes
- General administration duties
This role of Recruitment Apprentice is great for you if:
