We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busiest division. The role is based at our office in Meridian Business Park, Leicester, commutable from Northampton, Hinckley, Coventry and Loughborough.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant working closely with one of Precision's top billers running a quick-paced Contract Engineering desk. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building a desk from scratch with occasional site visits.

The Candidate

As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you are likely to have the following experience...

At least 2 years' 360 Contract Recruitment Consultancy experience gained in industrial or semi-skilled recruitment

Proven track record of business development success

Contract recruitment experience ideally within engineering industries

Ideally knowledge of contract payment methods and compliance
