Daniel Owen North are currently looking for graduate or experienced recruitment consultants to join our Glasgow Office. Due to the recent success and growth of the business,we are looking for ambitious, career-driven individuals to join our team!

As a Recruitment Consultant at Daniel Owen, we expect you to be confident in your ability to identify and vet new candidates, Manage day to day admin tasks and timesheets and deal with current or prospective clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source new candidates for current vacancies
  • Vet and complete reference checks on candidates
  • Identify any opportunities for new business with prospective clients through extensive lead generation
  • Manage the weekly payroll to ensure candidates are paid on time
  • Assist senior consultants with a high volume of vacancies
  • Establish and maintain committed relationships with clients and candidates
  • Complete site visits with current and potential clients
  • Build a social media presence via LinkedIn and grow your network
