Clear are looking for a number Recruitment Consultants to join us in our brand new office in Bromley! Working alongside our founders and senior consultants this role is perfect for a recruiter looking to make their next step!

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals keen to succeed in our business. Our expectations for a Recruitment Consultants are that you have recruitment/ sales experience in sales or recruitment and keen to specialise on a desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • New business development & account development
  • Working with clients globally (We have placed in 15 different countries)
  • Creating job ads and marketing your roles across several platforms
  • Sourcing candidates via Job boards, database, LinkedIn
  • Working on a busy permanent recruitment desk (Fee ranging 5k-50k)
  • Specialising on a niche desk within our markets (Blue or White collar)
