Recruitment Consultant - Delivery
Office Based with the option for Hybrid working
£25,000 - £60,000 DOE plus car allowance, healthcare, bonus scheme
Newman Stewart is a privately owned search firm based in Aberford, Leeds. Since our inception almost 13 years ago, we have grown to become a recognised leader in the retained search market. We are now considered a partner of choice by many across the Engineering, Manufacturing, Waste Management and Renewables, Logistics and Construction sectors.
Operating on a retained basis only, we pride ourselves on providing a thorough, transparent and effective search and selection process that delivers results for our clients, both nationally and internationally. We have a substantial track record of success which is testament to our people and the exceptional standards that we uphold.
Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for experienced Consultants to join our team.
The Role
At Newman Stewart we do not have any 360-degree consultants. Our consultants are deployed in two disciplines: Business Development or Delivery. This role will be part of the Delivery team where you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out comprehensive market research in collaboration with our Research and Business Support teams.
- Approaching, interviewing and shortlisting high performing candidates.
- Managing our 13-point search and selection process from briefing call to offer stage.
- Holding weekly 1-1 update calls with the client to ensure they remain fully up to date with progress.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues in a way that aligns with our "we before me" mentality.
The Requirements
Quite simply, the success we have experienced to date has been down to our people and the behaviours that they demonstrate on a daily basis. We are very interested in speaking to people who can also demonstrate:

- At least 1 years' recruitment experience in any market.
