We are working with a fantastic college in Hampshire who are looking for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator required to start as soon as possible up until June 2019. It is a full time role, 37 hours per week - Monday- Thursday 08.30 - 17.00 and Friday 08.30 - 16:30). This college are looking to interview immediately and are offering an hourly rate of around £8.80ph + holiday pay.
Role responsibilities
Management of candidate pipeline and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date.
Ensuring vacancies are signed off prior to advertising
Liaising with Managers regarding their recruitment requirements
Creating and posting adverts (including on Social Media)
Creating interview schedules and sharing this with relevant parties
Ensuring shortlisting is completed in a timely fashion by interview panel
Inviting candidates to interview
Ordering hospitality and book rooms for interviews
Preparing interview packs for panel
Coordinating interview days ensuring candidates are in the right place at the right time and have completed all relevant assessments
Informing unsuccessful candidates of the outcome
Monitoring the recruitment inbox
Regularly updating the team with status of vacancies
Managing our Applicant Tracking System
Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to
Attending recruitment events as/when required
Coordinating Inductions
Planning and leading weekly and monthly inductions
Setting up new starters on online training
Liaising with various staff to book in training (e.g. IT, Health and Safety etc)
Regularly updating the team with status of inductions
Delivering training on our online HR self-service system.
Assist the HR Advisor on various tasks e.g. research, wellbeing initiatives, updating policies etc
Participation in the College's Appraisal Scheme and undertaking any professional development as identified with your line manager
To adhere to College Health and Safety and Equality & Diversity Policies and comply with relevant legislation
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of you commensurate with the grade, at your initial place of work or at any of the other College sites determined by the Principal.
The person & qualifications
Level 2 in English & Maths essential
Experience in recruitment
Sound IT Skills
Able to work in a busy environment
highly organised
Excellent interpersonal skills
