Kier Places are recruiting now for a CRC Supervisor / COTC Cover to join the Environmental Services Bridgend team, where the role will oversee our Community Recycling Centres for our client Bridgend County Borough Council, ensuring all crews are following correct policies and procedures and stay safe out on the ground, and providing WAMITAB COTC Cover for all sites.
Key responsibilities
As CRC Supervisor, you will effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activity, working within client specification, and providing a first-class service to our customers.
The role will ensure the team work to budgetary and policy constraints, the relevant contract terms, and bearing in mind health, safety and environment related policies & procedures at all times.
What do we need from you?
The ideal CRC Supervisor candidate for Kier Environmental Services will have previous supervisory experience in a similar role within a recycling environment, as well as WAMITAB Level 4 that must include the units, 'Transfer - Hazardous/Non waste' and 'Treatment - Hazardous/Non waste'.
