One of the worlds up and coming global data centre providers are looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join their team and oversee multiple projects across Scandinavia. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join a client side company in the buoyant Data Centre market and gain exposure to working on many of these current & upcoming mission critical projects throughout the region. The role will see you take on a great deal of responsibility and provide a great chance to enhance your technical knowledge and skillset on complex projects.
The company has just come off the back of a successful year, in which they achieved record growth, meaning they have developed a large pipeline of current and upcoming projects, guaranteeing work on large scale projects for the foreseeable future.
Roles & responsibilities
- Efficiently create, review and analyse critical path schedules independently
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for scheduling
- Develop comprehensive plans that communicate the programs, projects and strategic goals
- Support the onboarding of GCs to ensure understanding of compliance client schedule specification
- Monitor schedule performance data, develop complex data analysis and issue schedule reports
- Responsible for project schedule health checks and general schedule
- Monitor schedule changes and identify potential risk of delays
- Support the project teams in risk analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / construction management and experience using Primavera P6
- Demonstrable experience delivering large scale projects (Data Centre experience preferred but not essential)
- Experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) AND MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction management is required
- Willing to travel to site when required
