An exciting opportunity is for a Regional Sales Manager from a solid HVAC background looking to work for a market-leading original equipment manufacturer. Enjoy building relationships with new and existing clients within the Central/Midwestern region of the United States. This role can provide progression opportunities tailored to your aspirations!

Our client is a US leader in HVAC machinery manufacturing, used within commercial & industrial markets across the globe. Due to expansion my client is now looking for a regional service manager to head up and grow a team of sales agents. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the marketing and sales efforts of the US sales agents.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the company's sales and profitability.
  • Provide updates on market trends, customer relationships, and product needs.
  • Take charge of appointing skilled and competent agents for product sales in the HVAC industry.
  • Monitor and assess the performance and direction of agents within the assigned territory and submit monthly progress reports.
  • Support agents with projects, new products, competitive analysis, and new market opportunities to boost sales and profits.
  • Confidently engage in public speaking and communicate value propositions effectively across all levels, from the C-suite to the factory floor, including external influencers.

Background Required:

  • Proven sales experience in commercial or industrial HVAC/Mechanical manufacturing.
  • Experience with both existing clients and new business.
  • We are open to someone taking a step up into this role (from inside sales).
  • Happy to travel 50% of the time.
  • Live in the Central/Midwestern region of the US (TX, OK, MN, IA, MO, AR, NE, KS, ND, SD).
  • Engineering or business-related degree is advantageous.
  • Valid US driver's license and a valid passport. Able to travel abroad with no restrictions.
