Regional Sales Manager - Offsite Building supplier
Basic to £45,000 ote £60,000 plus £6,000 Car Allowance
South East of England (Milton Keynes, Reading, Bedford, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Basingstoke, Guildford, Maidstone)

: Would you like to work for a very busy Offsite Building manufacturer?
: Have you experience of selling to Architects and Builders / Contractors?
: Would you like to earn £20,000 per annum in commission based on sales performance?
: Are you motivated by a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus a car allowance of £6,000 per annum?
You will be covering the Greater South East region selling Structural Build Solutions to Architects, Developers and Property Owners, Main Contractors and to procurement bodies like Scape for Public Buildings / Education. In addition and generally secured by way of specification with prestigious Architects you will also provide the build methodology for large prestigious Self-Build projects.
You will be capable of producing a minimum of £2,400,000 per annum but we seek successful sales people who can drive through £4,800,000 and achieve over £5,000,000 per annum with consistency.
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have strong track records in providing an Offsite Construction solution but our client will also consider individuals who have sold Cladding solutions or similar structural build solutions
Benefits:
Basic salary to £45,000
On target earnings between £12,000 to £20,000 per annum dependent on performance
Car allowance of £6,000 per annum
Pension, Mobile, Laptop, Expenses to include Mileage at HMRC rates
