Job Title: Reinstatement Coordinator
Location: Basingstoke (Flexible/Agile Working Option is available with this position)
Salary: £25k to £28k


We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, working on Virgin Media Contract, and we're looking for a Reinstatement Coordinator to join our Telecoms team in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities

As a Reinstatement Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring reinstatement performance against KPIs, aiding in the implementation of reinstatement strategies and systems. You will provide support to reinstatement planning team members and the Reinstatement Planning Manager.

You will be managing the closure and completion of all jobs to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and 100% LOS. You will be responsible for the management of utilisation and productivity of the reinstatement workforce and the effective and efficient functioning of the Reinstatement Scheduling Team.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Can work in a busy environment with many interfaces to differing parts of the business.
  • Communicating effectively with customers (internal and external), managing the customer's expectations and fulfilling promises made regarding work completion.
  • NRSWA Knowledge
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and customer service and communication skills
  • Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team
