We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Anglian Water Alliance contracts as a Reinstatement Manager.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of Field Performance Managers and front-line resources to carry out all reinstatement activities on the alliance workstreams in order to deliver a consistent and qualitative service which meets demand effectively and efficiently. Assisting in the growth and development of the Reinstatement function you'll be the driving force that demonstrates and behaviours and processes that deliver a leading customer service.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of NRSWA, SROH and WRAP legislation and initiatives as well as a relevant NRSWA qualification.
