We're looking for a Reinstatement Manager to join our South-West Water team based in Exeter. This exciting opportunity will require the successful candidates to continue to develop and grow the site support function by enabling the team to successfully meet the challenges that lie ahead. The role supports the day to day planning and on-site management of support activities such as backfilling, reinstatement, barriers, vacuum excavators and stores deliveries.



Location: Exeter with regional travel



Contract: Permanent





Responsibilities



As Reinstatement Manager, you'll be working within the South West region, supporting our team in Cornwall, Devon, and parts of Somerset and Dorset. Your day to day will include:



  • inputting into the design, build and implementation of an efficient and robust site support hub function on the Network Service alliance
  • leading and driving a team of direct and subcontract site resources to provide a safe, effective and efficient delivery model to meet demand
  • being responsible for reinstatement NRSWA compliance within the area, including ensuing the employees are up to date with changes to legislation
  • managing the planning team to ensure work is efficiently planned based on customer and streetwork permitting demand

  • you have a proven track record of managing resources and staff levels to deal with peak demands in reinstatement and backfill environments
  • you are enthusiastic in your approach to work, driving continuous improvement and a champion of customer service in your region and be a proven leader in a previous role.
  • you are used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • you have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across the region
