We have two positions to cover the East and the West business areas. This role will report into the Reinstatement Planning Manager and will lead the planning and progression team The main duties of this role:
Monitor reinstatement performance against KPI's- Aid in the implementation of reinstatement strategies and systems
- Providing support to reinstatement planning team members and the Reinstatement Planning Manager
- Line Management of the Scheduling Team
- Responsibility for the management of utilization and productivity of the reinstatement workforce; a key component in achieving our budgetary stretch targets.
- Manage the closure and completion of all jobs to achieve 100% customer satisfaction & 100% LOS
- Accountable and responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the reinstatement Scheduling team
