Reinstatement Planning Team Leader
Location Lincoln
Contract Anglian Water
We have two positions to cover the East and the West business areas.
This role will report into the Reinstatement Planning Manager and will lead the planning and progression team
The main duties of this role:

Monitor reinstatement performance against KPI's
- Aid in the implementation of reinstatement strategies and systems
- Providing support to reinstatement planning team members and the Reinstatement Planning Manager
- Line Management of the Scheduling Team
- Responsibility for the management of utilization and productivity of the reinstatement workforce; a key component in achieving our budgetary stretch targets.
- Manage the closure and completion of all jobs to achieve 100% customer satisfaction & 100% LOS
- Accountable and responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the reinstatement Scheduling team
You will be an expert in the utilisation of systems to produce effective schedules and reports. Through the use of a SAP. M2i and GAIA, you will enhance the process and procedures to deliver first class service.
Individual requirements
The role requires an individual who can work in a busy environment with many interfaces to differing parts of the business
Communicating effectively with customers (internal and external), managing the customer's expectations and fulfilling promises made regarding work completion
Keep up to date with innovation and new processes
Be an ambassador for 'Make Today Great' programme and embed the 7 ninja's behaviours
Represent reinstatement at meetings where required and share any learning with the team

Qualifications and Experience
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
An understanding of the IMR working practices
Excellent IT and keyboard skills
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and customer service and communication skills
Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team
SAP and scheduling tool skills
