Job Title: Reinstatement Supervisor

Contract / Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45k (depending on experience)

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, amongst other we are working on a City Fibre Contract, and we're looking for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our Telecoms team in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination and supervision of reinstatement crews carrying out defect repairs
  • Liaison with Highways Authority's regarding defect notifications and co-ordination of repair works.
  • Maintain procedures and working practices to ensure adherence to legislation, maximise productivity, promote safety & quality.
  • Working with the Schedulers and Streetworks teams to maintain SLA's.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain compliance and right first time standards.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate completion and return of paperwork
  • Ensuring relevant Health and Safety standards are followed and achieved
  • Ensuring work sites comply with all current legislation

    What do we need from you?
  • Previous experience in the reinstatement in the utility industry
  • Evidence of relevant courses, tickets, accreditations to carry out works.
  • IT skills (including Microsoft Excel & Word).
  • Strong Technical & Operational knowledge
  • Knowledge of NRSWA and HA Specifications best practices & products
