Remedial Works Manager Job in Nottingham
Remedial Works Manager job working for a top housebuilder on developments throughout their East Midlands region. Our client is looking for someone who has experiences in Customer Services and has a multi-trade background. The role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 + Company Van, Tools + Fuel Card.
Our client provides homes of all tenures and is the largest delivery partner of Homes England. They employ over 1000 people across 11 offices nationwide and are still expanding.
Role & Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of Customer Care Technicians to make sure they are clear on what is expected of them
- Act as a Company Ambassador, ensuring that a high level of personal presentation is maintained
- Ensure that a high level of respect is carried out in the customers home at all times
- Undertake general warranty inspections along with NHBC Resolution and Insurance Claims
- Liaise and work closely with the Customer Care Coordinators
- Allocate works with timescales to Technicians and Contractors to ensure the regional team meet the SLAs that are expected
- Audit on site works and post completion works to identify and report any problems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the NHBC Standards and LABC Regulations
- Multi-skill trained
- High level of computer literacy in MS office
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
