We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team based in Ipswich. Within this role, you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours, progression opportunities and even more.

Location: Home based with reporting office Ipswich

Contract: Permanent, full time- flexible / part-time hours available if desired, just let us know and we'll do our best to support you

Salary: starting salary of £20,000 + benefits

Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.

In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.

Utility Drawings is at the heart of our operations and as Technical Administrator you will be producing utility drawings for the operational teams.

Your day to day will include:


  • Be the main point of contact for our delivery teams on site via phone and email
  • Investigating any issues that are raised and re-uploading plans as needed
  • Meeting our key business performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service
The role does require participation in a standby rota which includes nights and weekends, for which you will be renumerated. The standby doesn't require you to be actively working, but you would need to be available to take calls and have access to your work computer.
