Job Description: Renewable Specification Manager.
Location: Munster
Salary €40k P/A - Neg Doe
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager & Technical Manager
Renewable Specification Manager required for an expanding Heating Company in Munster. Excellent career opportunity along with an attractive Salary and remuneration package on offer for the right person.
Requirements
- To promote complete range of Renewable products.
- To sell to Architects, Specifiers, Local Authorities, Developers and Installers.
- Renewable 3 level qualification is desirable
- To run training courses for ASHP and underfloor heating systems.
- This role will require the person to work closely with the Sales team to follow up leads and generate leads within a designated region.
- This person must be completely conversant with all the above technologies and be totally self-sufficient in providing both training and presentations, onsite visits and commissioning's.
- Understand the current heat pump market and trends, Part L legislation and BER theory.
- Team player and self-starter.
- Experience with both retro fit and new build markets.
- Be technically astute and understand the unique way in which heat pumps should be installed, operated and maintained.
- Understand current building regs.
- Understand the challenges such as Product placement, Lack of installer knowledge and how to help them, issues with distribution.
- Ideally time served engineer.
