We are looking for an Admin support to join our growing team, As a admin support you will work alongside a work planner on the contract to support with the day to day running of the portfolio. This will include handling outgoing calls and emails, coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments, and diary management for internal and external customers, managing emergency call out queries, raising purchase orders as well as Completing various ad hoc tasks as assigned

Managing the day-to-day administration of: planned, disrepair, cyclical and other social housing maintenance works provided by the business in such a way that reporting, invoicing and sub contact payments are maintained.

Day to Day:

  • As a Administrator, you will provide key day-to-day administrative support to our planned works refurbishment department.
  • Acting as the voice of our company, you will respond to phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments both for our current contracts and emergency call outs.
  • You will arrange credit accounts and payments with the accounts department, as well as preparing job packs for engineer's visits.
  • Assist with other projects and duties as required

Requirements:

  • Administration experience within social housing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and a detail-oriented, accurate approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to focus with high attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to use initiative to prioritise and organise accordingly
